Emailed company with interest in scheduling a few appointments, she kindly and quickly replied to call the shop and they would love to help me.
Called shop and WOW!!! they experience was eye opening. After answering the phone, I was quickly put on hold and left there for more than 8min.
When I called back the tone was powerfully unfriend and attention to detail was missed. I was told immediately they didn't have time for me until next year. I understood, but was disappointed there was no effort in making something work by bring my dogs in separately or any other work around. Seems there is a disconnect here upon first interaction. Due to an unfriendly phone call and the tone that a customer didn't matter, I would hate to think about the whole experience. Truly disheartening....
Appreciate your response, just wish it was accurate.
