I recently brought my 4 year old golden retriever Benson, here for his first time being groomed at Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour. I was working so I had my boyfriend bring him, and I was able to speak with the staff over the phone and answer all of their questions about what I wanted. I really appreciated that and the ladies sounded lovely! When he was picked up he was so happy and just the most perfectly groomed boy. I am so happy with the services provided here and highly recommend Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour to everyone looking for a new groomer :)

It was nice to get in within a couple days😀 the staff were really good with my pup, his hair cut turned out amazing for the first time cutting! The price was inline with all the other places. I will be back great job!

Took our two Collie mixed breeds to Pricilla’s today. They are senior dogs and I could tell they were gently cared for, which is imperative with Collies as they have to be careful at their age. Their paws and nails were beautifully done. The cuts were exactly as requested, and they looked very cute. They were calm and happy, so, so am I. Thank you for looking after my ol’ babies. 💕🐾💯🐾

They did an absolutely beautiful job with my overgrown, blowing coat Keeshond. Carri was a miracle worker and my dog was happy around her. Will be back in 3 months.

So happy we decided to start taking our dog to Priscilla's. The staff here are fantastic. Our dog, Saje, loves Priscilla's. We've been bringing her here for her "pedicures".They do an amazing job trimming her nails. She loves the genuine attention she gets when she comes here.

Our friend highly recommended this place so we brought our yorkie in to get his nails trimmed. There is a nice variety of pet supplies, clothes, treats and toys. Was clean and welcoming with good pricing on trims $10 and dremel at $15. Walk ins are accepted between 10 and 11 daily for nails (which I learned when we arrived at 1245 pm). Even though they were busy Morgan was kind enough to call a neighboring place to see if they had any immediate openings as our pup doesn't travel well and they couldn't take him until later in the day. We chose to come back and booked a later time, but shortly after we were backing out to leave she came outside waving us down and they were able to take us right away which worked out great for us. The customer service was top notch and we will be using them in the future for sure!

We have taken our 10 yr old doodle here for a few visits now, and I am so happy we found them. He is happy when we drop him off, and very happy when I pick him up. He had another groom this morning, and he smells so nice, and they take great care of him and address any concerns I have. It is very welcoming when you arrive, and they have very fair prices. I look forward to bringing our dog to Priscilla’s for years to come. Thanks so much to the team here!

Stay clear!!! Took our mini/medium Labradoodle in many times and always have had a great experience with them. Until our last appointment. Upon arriving to pick him up we were informed that he “was taking longer than usual and that there was some issues that he didn’t like being brushed or blow dried” we have never had any issues with him or that before, nor have they. Morgan even admitted that they have never had a problem with him before. Finding out that he was placed with completely different groomer than we have originally booked with and have always booked with(I always ask for the same person) so he had issues with this groomer. It would’ve been nice to know the change prior to the appointment as we would’ve booked a different day. And due to their negligence on informing us our puppy who just turned a year old; got the worst razor burn on his belly, and on three out of four paws; he was also cut so short under his arms that they cut him. Upon calling to bring this to their attention(we called two times as we found more things the next day since he was acting extremely timid) the first time Morgan had informed us that the groomer who cut him was not as experienced as his normal groomer(her exact words) funny how the story changed when my husband called to inform them of our new findings as we are now trying to figure out what happened to our outgoing, lovable life puppy. Who is now terrified of everything and will not let you touch him or even look at the areas that they have cut and burned.(trying to make sure there’s no infection) we felt very brushed off! It’s really disappointing how this was handled.

I can’t recommend Priscilla’s enough!! We took our Australian Retriever Barley here for a full head to toe groom. We chose Priscilla’s after trying another few groomers, being unhappy and liking Priscillas crate free low pressure environment they offer. We booked Barley with Emily. She was an absolute gem!! Excited to see him, understood our concerns and desires for his grooming experience. Not only was the service amazing the pricing was most affordable for the quality and quantity!
