Fast and organized and pleasant staff. Excellent work, they fixed things missed by last groomer.

From the moment we walk in, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind — it’s clear they truly care about the dogs they work with. My girls, Missy and Casey, always come out looking absolutely amazing. They’re beautifully groomed, happy, and clearly well cared for while they’re there, which means everything to me. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in such good hands. If you’re looking for a groomer who treats your pets like family and does a fantastic job every time, I highly recommend Priscilla’s Pet Emporium. We’re so glad we found them!

Jusy had my senior golden retriever groomed here, and it was the best grooming he's ever received! Well-priced, gentle and natural products, and my dog seemed to really love the women there when i came to pick him up, which means he was treated with lots of love and care. Highly recommend!

We have been with pet emporium for a few years now and never have an issue. All of a sudden Out dogs go in for a Christmas grooming and we are tiles that they are too fidgety and our little one needs to be on drugs next time. Are you serious!! Our dogs look horrible and only half done. Not sure if new owners or management but this is not acceptable and to tell us to drug our dog. I will be telling everyone how horrible this is. Look at my puppies. They look very sad I can’t imagine the experience they just went through. 💔😡 Ok to your reply , you told me that we should sedate our dogs and that a lot of your clients do this. We don’t agree to that. You said that it doesn’t hurt them. It’s a drug! I don’t care what the vet says. You also said that your girls are 10–12 years experience if that’s the case then they should know how to work on dogs like ours that’s why we send them to the groomers. So they obviously work on drugged dogs. For you to even suggest that is not acceptable. And to hand me excuses that we should come in more often is none of your concern. You also told me that we don’t do what you suggested us to do. Who are you to tell us what to do and not to do. Here’s what I think, it’s Christians season and you guys are extremely busy and because our pups are more difficult you probably stressed them out even more because they were not co-operating instead of actually working with them. And on top of that You changed us and they’re worse off then when they went in. Don’t hand excuses be accountable for actions. No manager should tell a client what you suggested to me.

I was nervous as to where to take my Yorkie/Shih Tzu puppy for grooming and was not disappointed by Priscillas. I definitely will be back! Thanks Cassandra!!

This is a wonderful place to take your furry baby!! We had our mom’s cat’s nails trimmed. They were very lovable to our little Holly and apparently she adopted them!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you 🤗

I was nervous to bring my puppy to a groomer because she really disliked having her nails clipped, and I am so glad I found Priscilla's. Cassi is amazing with her! Peach always gets so excited to see Cassi and the team. She truly loves going, she comes back looking and smelling wonderful, and she naps the whole way home. The staff is incredibly kind and they have a great selection of toys and outfits inside. Thank you for pampering my girl. My heart is so happy knowing she is in loving hands.

Have been looking for a groomer since ours moved iut of province tried 2 others and just no go - dogs got too stressed out or the trim wasnt great. 2 small dogs. They did a marvelous job. Not overly fragranced (so nice), no missed areas, even trim, clean, happy dogs. Thank you!
