Marlo has been going to Karlee since he was a puppy! Always have the best experience with her and Marlo is always so happy when we pick him up. She knows how we like him groomed as we go see her every 1-2 months. She always remembers small details- like how he had a rash on the inside of his thigh at his last grooming and avoided that spot the next time. Go see Karlee :)

Ezra and Eva are my 2 Shih Tzu crosses. Not only do I know the owner personally through rescue connections, but she’s been my primary groomer from my 2 dogs. They always come out happy and fresh after their groom. Never are they upset from their groom at Priscilla’s. I usually online book for their grooms ahead of time too. Definitely recommend!!

I was 10 mind late. They called me at 5 mins late. I'd walked there and very hot. I was lucky my dog Minerva has a great temperament so she was done fast. They gave a gorgeous hair cut. My dog first full cut ever and she was a very happy dog after. I will be returning again.

I took my dog in this afternoon and I got bad vibes when I walked in. It was small and crowded and the staff seemed rushed. They said my dog would take 2hrs which I also found odd, because a dog his size with his coat type would usually take close to 4hrs. An hour later I was called and told my dog was not tolerating the groom and to come pick “her” up. He’s a boy lol. I came and he was in the back crying. I asked what he was doing. They said he got really scared with the blower and ripped the arm off the table and jumped off the table. My sister was a professional dog groomer and I assisted her many times. If a dog is ripping out the grooming arm and jumping off the table, it is not a solid table and the dog is not restrained properly or safely. I’m assuming he was attached to the grooming arm with a grooming slip around the neck which means the grooming arm would have landed on the ground and made a loud noise, while still attached to him. He was wet, scared, and shedding even more than when I brought him in. I took him to pet valu after and used the blower on him with absolutely no problems. I wouldn’t be making this review if they would’ve charged me a reasonable price. $85 for a bath and a traumatized dog who could’ve been seriously injured with poor quality equipment is insane. I could’ve given him a bath myself for free. They did trim his feet and considering his paws were wet, they did a decent job. If you have a dog over 65lbs, don’t come here as they are not set up for it despite offering services for large and giant breeds. Staff were friendly.

I recently brought my 4 year old golden retriever Benson, here for his first time being groomed at Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour. I was working so I had my boyfriend bring him, and I was able to speak with the staff over the phone and answer all of their questions about what I wanted. I really appreciated that and the ladies sounded lovely! When he was picked up he was so happy and just the most perfectly groomed boy. I am so happy with the services provided here and highly recommend Priscilla’s Pet Emporium & Parlour to everyone looking for a new groomer :)

Took our two Collie mixed breeds to Pricilla’s today. They are senior dogs and I could tell they were gently cared for, which is imperative with Collies as they have to be careful at their age. Their paws and nails were beautifully done. The cuts were exactly as requested, and they looked very cute. They were calm and happy, so, so am I. Thank you for looking after my ol’ babies. 💕🐾💯🐾

They did an absolutely beautiful job with my overgrown, blowing coat Keeshond. Carri was a miracle worker and my dog was happy around her. Will be back in 3 months.

So happy we decided to start taking our dog to Priscilla's. The staff here are fantastic. Our dog, Saje, loves Priscilla's. We've been bringing her here for her "pedicures".They do an amazing job trimming her nails. She loves the genuine attention she gets when she comes here.

Our friend highly recommended this place so we brought our yorkie in to get his nails trimmed. There is a nice variety of pet supplies, clothes, treats and toys. Was clean and welcoming with good pricing on trims $10 and dremel at $15. Walk ins are accepted between 10 and 11 daily for nails (which I learned when we arrived at 1245 pm). Even though they were busy Morgan was kind enough to call a neighboring place to see if they had any immediate openings as our pup doesn't travel well and they couldn't take him until later in the day. We chose to come back and booked a later time, but shortly after we were backing out to leave she came outside waving us down and they were able to take us right away which worked out great for us. The customer service was top notch and we will be using them in the future for sure!
