I can’t recommend Priscilla’s enough!! We took our Australian Retriever Barley here for a full head to toe groom. We chose Priscilla’s after trying another few groomers, being unhappy and liking Priscillas crate free low pressure environment they offer. We booked Barley with Emily. She was an absolute gem!! Excited to see him, understood our concerns and desires for his grooming experience. Not only was the service amazing the pricing was most affordable for the quality and quantity! We will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you Emily & Priscilla’s!

These guys are excellent and really know what they're doing :) I brought my pup Huck in for his first grooming appt and he came out happy and clean, obviously very well handled and not spooked at all. They really care about the handling of dogs here and ensure that no one has a bad experience. We'll be back monthly, thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My puppy went in for a haircut and when I was bathing her a couple days later I noticed her eye was cut. They cut my puppies eye! Not only did they not tell me about the incident they hid it with her old hair. Do not take your dogs here this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Oh, they did such a beautiful doggy spa for Dixie. She's been happy ever since and much less shedding in the house too. Very friendly and professional experience and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Following up on my previous 5 star review a couple of months ago, because I would give 10 stars to the groomers at Priscilla's if I could! After a very traumatic experience at another groomer, it was very tough for me to even get my cat's nails trimmed without her freaking out. The first time I took her here was a no-go, but once I explained the situation everyone was completely understanding and worked with me to get her comfortable over the last few months. She's completely warmed up to the girls at Priscilla's, we have had no freakouts since, and today we FINALLY accomplished our goal of getting her shaved into a lion cut with no issues! I could not be more thankful for the kind, patient, animal-loving groomers at Priscilla's. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely love Priscilla's! Always clean and organized and the workers are fab everytime we visit. My pup loves to visit, and we picked him out a nice tag that was engraved as we waited. Good prices and close to home!

Emily is AMAZING here! She groomed both of my dogs and they both look incredible! The staff and everything is so personable and easy to deal with! Strong recommend this place they are amazing. My one dog has high anxiety and they dealt with him amazing! 1000/10 for Priscilla’s Pet 🩷🐶

There online booking system seems so easy to use but it will offer you all these options but a bunch of them won't be actually available for what you want. I ended up having to book my cats groom via email with the owner. But somehow my 30 something groom became an almost 90 dollar shave in which they nicked my cats nipples multiple times. The owner then tried to gaslight me and say it was all my fault despite being able to go back through all the emails and prove that wrong. They eventually agreed to refund the money over my agreed upon quote. But seriously if you have a cat, go else where! I've heard that are okay with dogs. Edit update: my previous review was removed or gone missing. And I NEVER authorized a full shave which I was able to prove. But between your ridiculous online booking system and the emails you lost a bunch of the information and made a decision which is why you refunded me and my cat got hurt in your care! I'm glad no one else has had my experience but I refuse to be silenced.
